Plough Road Business Centre
Plough Road Centre is generally occupied by small businesses who find their employees locally. It also benefits from close proximity to the adjacent to the railway line and is a short distance to the A120 and then onto the A12. The position of the estate is such that it is away from the major conurbations but with easy access to the infrastructure for UK wide or even Continent wide mobility.
The offices all follow the concept of fairness and are aimed at the smaller client. These are let out at an “all-in” rate per single office (although suites of offices can be organized), which include all the rents, rates, electricity, car parking allocation, etc. Again with the easy in, easy out principle in place.
The industrial units are rented out as a basic shell for an agreed rental with rates being found by the tenant likewise the fitting out of the unit, the heating etc and the electricity and water being charged through the landlords meters.
